Q: How do I get started? A: Just call us and make an appointment. At a time that is convenient for you, we will send an Interior Decorator to your home to take measurements and to help you choose from a variety of fabrics and styles. Our in-house seamstresses will sew your drapes to order and our in-house installers will make sure your custom blinds or custom draperies are a perfect fit. Q: Is there a charge for your In-home Design services? A: No. There is absolutely no charge for us to come to your home and share our thoughts and ideas. Q: After I place my order, how long will it be before I receive my new custom blinds and/or draperies? A: Your new custom blinds will usually arrive about 10 days after you place your order. We do offer a rush delivery service if you are in a hurry. Custom draperies will usually arrive within four to six weeks of placing your order. Q: I'm on a tight budget. Can you still help me? A: Absolutely. We have more than 1,000 pair of unclaimed custom draperies in a wide range of sizes and colors in stock. We invite you to stop by our showroom anytime and browse. If you don't find what you are looking for there, you may wish to consider decorating your windows in phases, starting with blinds and sheers and then adding draperies or valances as you are able. Q: How do I keep my new draperies looking like new? A: Regular cleaning is the key. In general, sheers can be machine-washed on the gentle cycle and draperies must be dry-cleaned. We offer an on-site cleaning service for both sheers and draperies so that you won't have to go to the trouble of removing your draperies for cleaning. |
